Sometimes, my mind terrifies me.
Through some burst of random, my mind posed the question...
"Is the act of trading in roosters called Cockmongering?"
The following scene then played in my mind. Medieval Times. An old, pastoral family-run chicken farm on the outskirts of a village. Years of In-breeding has dwindled the productivity of the chickens, and now the owner, an honest farmer, wishes to, so to speak, introduce some new blood into the chicken family lineage.
Suddenly, a cart rolls down the dirt cobblestone path, The cart is loaded with cages with roosters of all shapes and sizes. A small, spritely-looking man leaps off the cart and approaches the farmer.
"Word in town goes you need a new rooster. Well, fear not! I, (insert overly elaborate medieval name here) the first, Grade A Cockmonger, is here to assist you with all your fowl schemes!"
... Yes, my mind terrifies me sometimes. Oh yes.
