OMG.

For one. I love the new protagonists, even if the male kinda looks like Jaden Yuki stole Ash's hat and the female still has random pink on her (hooray for fucking typecasting).

But I'm more squeeing about the starters - in particular the grass starter. Regal Posh Treecko, but I love it anyway... The color scheme really appeals to me and those yellow extensions on the collar - I am seeing some awesome crest or possibly even wing potential. Dare I get my hopes up that we may finally be getting some kind of draconic grass final form that will make up for Sceptile Sucking Balls Design-Wise? We shall see.

Its name supposedly is Tsutaaja, which might derive from Tsuta (Ivy) and Ouja (Lord, Monarch) - which works seeing its ivy-leaf-tipped tail and how it seems to have a regal atmosphere to it.

The fire starter is also quite adorable. The sillhouette continuously suggested BUNNY to me, people were expecting a pig.. Guess what. We got some weird crossbreed - which to me looks like it's meant to be an aardvark of sorts. I'd love to see what the hell it's going to become eventually.

This thing is supposedly named Pokabu, which confuses the hell out of me. Bu relates to pigs ('buta' means pigs and 'buu' is the japanese equivalent of 'oink'). But the only translation I can get to 'poka' is 'error', 'mistake' or 'clumsy'...

I have nothing to say about the water started. It's a retarded snowman which may be supposed to be a sea otter but looks more like an emo snowball clown. >>; It's supposed name is Mijimaru, which can translate into into 'Wretched Circle', 'Short Circle', 'Dressed Up Beginning' or anything else really.

The region is named Isshu, probably because Gamefreak had Isshus with designing a decent water starter. But who knows - maybe the final form will make it awesome. Time will tell.

At least I know I can start with the grass-type at peace. XD

Hmm... "Clumsy Pig" seems like it would work for the Fire-type starter. I hope it becomes a big awesome fire boar :O

I'm loving this latest news leak... The Pokemon, the player characters, the region... Everything looks great so far! Can't wait for some higher quality images of the Pokemon, characters, and in-game screen shots :D

I'm most curious about Tsutaja honestly. I love this thing to pieces and really hope that Gamefreak will actually give us the draconic grass-starter we've been waiting for since they trolled us with Grovyle >>

OMGWTF. I thought this was a post of Katie's, and was coming here to comment about how you wouldn't like the Grass starter because the protuberance on its head turned out to be a big-arse nose rather than a crest... :O

I have to say that none of those Pokemon inspire me very much, but I really like the look of the two humans - for once!
