When I'm not 100% together and content, why do I have a tendency to listen to songs that make me feel even worse looped?
... It's not that they're triggery or something. It's really the melody. I can't listen to anything else because I'm not in the mood for it, but, by listening to these songs looped, they only reinforce the mood, or something.
... Eh. I don't know. Half awake rambles of a half-awake Stel.

I know though, looping is UNHEALTHY. It' like O.Ding on drugs. O__o Just remember, too much fof ANYTHING CAN BE BAD. XDDD The more of a sad song you hear, the sadder you become. Also, people are suckers for punishment it seems. It hurts, SO. GOOD.

I guess it probably is just looking for something to reflect our state of mind... Humans are strange creatures. I agree with the notion that sometimes we seem to indirectly/unintentionally -seek out- punishment, or things we know won't help. We just stop giving a damn, and it's oddly comforting at the time... kinda like a drug, yeah.
Fun times.
