Dec. 24th, 2008 11:00 am1) What was your FIRST video game console?
- The good old PC. But if that doesn't count, then, the Sega Master System. Which STILL kicks the NES' ass. >>;
2) Name a few games you played on said console.
- Phantasy Star (Fuck Yes.), Golden Axe Warrior, Wonder Boy in Monster Land, Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap, Y's: The Vanished Omens, Spellcaster, Psycho Fox, Sonic the Hedgehog... There's honestly a LOT.
3) Excluding handhelds, how many VG consoles do you own presently?
- One. Sort of. It's really my dad's. But it's a Playstation 2.
4) Were you a Street Fighter nut? Any character in particular?
- Not really. Fighting games aren't exactly my thing.
5) Do you think Capcom is an awesome company with kickass character designs?
- They have quite a few designs that were awesome, and a nice assortment of decent games. They're not my uber favorites, but I respect them. Now if only they didn't close down Clover Studios...
6) Here's the scenario.. You had some friends over and you all ate FRIED CHICKEN! After the meal you all decide to play some video games.
- Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand? What's the question?
7) What's your favorite RPG/Action RPG?
- As far as Action RPGs go, Terranigma. As far as traditional-er RPGs go, I have so many I love I can't choose a favorite. ;-;
8) Do you prefer 2D games or 3D games?
- 2D.
9) Are you an SNK fan?
- I'm not a big fighting game person, but SNK pulled off some REALLY nice character designs. Mrr, Nagase. >>;
9) Are you good at DDR?
- Rhythm-action games are NOT my thing. And I don't... 'dance'.
10) Who wants to kick that dog's ass from Duck Hunt?
- I think that question would apply more for people who grew up with Duck Hunt... I never played the game enough to develop a resentment for that dog.
11) Have you skipped out on important events in life because of video games?
- Not that I know.
12) Do you listen to video game music?
- SO. MUCH. YES.
13) Have you ever cosplayed a VG character?
- No, but I wanted to.
14) Have you ever been in an arcade playing a fighting game, KICKING ASS, and then some 6 year old Asian kid comes in and OWNS YOU??
- No, not really.
15) Name three games you would love to see remakes of if it was done properly.
- Phantasy Star III (GOD it needs one)
- The Guardian Legend (That game is SO awesome and obscure...)
- Lost Eden
Runner-ups include Metroid II (which just needs a complete full-blown restructure), LiveALive, Keitai Denjuu Telefang, EVO: Search for Eden and Ween: The Prophecy, among others.

- Neither.
17) When a movie shows up in the theaters, let's use Spider-man as an example, are you likely to buy the GAME version?
- Movie-based games fail. Hard.
18) What is your LEAST favorite genre of video games? (ex. fighting, sports, shooters, etc.)
- Sports. Definitely. I don't play them.
19) Is there a game out there that you feel was unique and didn't get enough love?
- SO many, oh my god. But I'm an obscure game fanatic. XP

22) What are your thoughts on the live-action Super Mario Bros movie?
- It's extremely rofflepie-worthy. It also has almost nothing to do with Mario.

- JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME SONIC BOOM SONIC BOOM SONIC BOOM (TROUBLE KEEPS YOU RUNNING FASTER) SONIC BOOM SONIC BOOM SONIC BOOM (SAVE THE PLANET FROM DISASTER) WTF.

- I don't know many of them, but if Maximum Impact counts, Nagase. Hands down. She's EFFing adorable. >>;
25) Do you say "old-school" a lot when you're having a VG conversation with others?
- No.
26) Have you ever lent someone a game and they returned it to you damaged?
- No.
27) Do you own any imported games?
- My DS and all the games I have for it. I suppose you could call them imported, what with the fact I bought them all during my trip to Canada and all. >>; (headdesks)
