I watched four of them today. FOUR.

The first one was Princess Mononoke (AT LONG LAST!), which was just bloody amazing. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a movie like that. I loved the story's depth, the characters and interaction, the soundtrack, the visuals, and... well, generally everything.

And besides... Two words. THE. NIGHTWALKER. That thing is just freakin' beautiful. I mean, lookit those markings. o_o

... I'm obsessed, I know. ^_^;

Next, I watched Looney Tunes: Back in Action. It was freakin' crazy. Think James Bond meets Indiana Jones meets, well, Daffy Duck. And it also shows the truth behind the infamous Acme corporation. ROFL.

And then there was Treasure Planet. Which, I must say, is the Disney movie with the best freakin' visuals I've seen in a long while. All those space scenes are GORGEOUS, and while I was never a fan of Treasure Island, the sci-fi adaptation did it a LOT of good. ^_^ And Silver rather rocked. Evil Cyborg of Doom, but he's really a decent guy in the end. and Morph! XD Gotta love floating, shapeshifting blob-like entities. I think I sense a Flubber inspiration...

Lastly, I watched The Lion King 1 1/2 (aka The Lion King 3: Hakuna Matata) again. And yes, I still love it. Bloody hillarious. Funny thing... I hated the original Lion King, but I loved 1 1/2. Maybe because it was mostly about Pumbaa and Timon rather than about that... annoying little corn-fed brat who calls himself Simba. I love their comments on whatever happened through the first movie (and their influence on it xD). Gives the original a whole new twist. ;P

I'm all movie'd-out for a while, I think. xD

But of course Princess Mononoke rocks! :3

And Treasure Planet, YaY \o/

Haven't seen the other two... I'd probably like TLK 1 1/2, though, hmm...
There was a preview for the original Lion King at the theater when I went last night (they've been having a "10 years ago at the Callicoon Theater" thing, it's neat). Now I want to watch it again... but where to find the time... XD

I saw "Ella Enchanted". It was a fun movie. Not deep, but fun.. I liked the snake best. ^_^;
