May. 21st, 2010 08:26 pmSeems that the more on edge I am - for whatever reasons - the more paranoid I find myself even if there really isn't anything going on. It's probably natural that stress and edginess radiate to everything in one's mind, but... yeah. I shouldn't be like this.
Note: this isn't about anyone in particular - so to all... two and a half readers of my LJ - no worries. This is just a pattern I've been noticing about myself in general.

Date: 2010-05-21 11:03 pm (UTC)It is natural, yeah, but you're right - you shouldn't let it control you. It can end up doing a lot more harm than intended. Hopefully once the current university year is behind you you'll be able to find some peace again, but until then... do take care of yourself. Paranoia is nobody's friend (even if mine begs to hang out every second Tuesday XP).
