Because the official translators suddenly remembered to pick up Pocket Monsters Special/Pokemon Adventures again after not touching it for frelling years, MangaFox removed it due to licensing bullshit and OneManga apparently removed everything long ago (and it's not like they had the entire series anyway). Shullbit. x-x

I need my fix of wtff pokemon manga awesomeness damnit.
