Haven't updated much due to a number of reasons - particularily lack of time to go online (between the army and some non-online-life). But I've managed to find the time (gotta love the Internet computers we can access at the base when off-duty...) to tell you about a new-old obsession of mine.

Animutations/Fanimutations. ^_^ I've recently discovered three REALLY funny ones.

We Drink Ritalin - Set to Hot Limit from one of the DDR games, this is what goes to show that noncomprehensible English can be just as Fanimutatable as any other foreign language.

Bend It Like a Knife - Set to an obscure German version of Aqua's infamous "Barbie Girl", the Animutated lyrics of this song are just SO freakin' hillarious...

HOLY SHIT! NINJAS!!! - Set to Haruka Kanata, the theme song from Naruto, this one makes fun of just about all martial arts anime. ^^ Besides, the Mr. T. Totoro is just priceless. xD

Seeing these, I wish I knew flash and had a properly insane song to fanimutate...

Otherwise, life is just as it usually is. Usual work at ze base, occasionally going home, spending time with my girlfriend (We're celebrating a year together on August 14th, just in case anyone cares. Probably not the case, but what the hey. ^^), rarely drawing or writing something non-related to anything... Yup. ^^

I really want to draw something more complete. But I doubt I'll have the time to get any work done anytime soon, so eh.

One thing gets on my nerves though, and that is that one of the forums I administrate and care about greatly is being flooded by annoying n00bs. Who seem to disregard EVERY rule in the book as if it didn't exist. I hate having to police a board again - I was hoping it wouldn't happen to 'charms. But everyone knows that when a board increases in popularity, it attracts problems...

Let's hope I can hunt most of them down and kill them beforehand. ^_^

And now, to sign off this update...

... FISH-POKE!

Believe me, I know. I still shudder at some of my earlier posts at the Tavern. However, I still contend that there is a sizeable difference between a newbie - a person who is new and is trying to be a good part of the community, although they may accidentally break a few rules now and then out of being new - and a n00b - a person who comes to a forum, spams for the sake of spamming, is too lazy to bother using even some semblance of proper grammer, doesn't bother to read the rules, and just generally ticks off everyone else there.
