Miscellanity.
Aug. 6th, 2003 01:06 pm've got a lightly sore throat. Nothing serious, though.
I've recently been playing LiveALive (which is a rather crazy fan-translated Squaresoft SNES RPG with some amazing music). So far, I have finished the Science Fiction Chapter (Cube's Scenario, A bizarre crossbreed of 2001 and Aliens, with the alien looking extremely like one of the beast type monsters from Chrono Trigger ;P) and the Mecha Chapter (Akira's Scenario... Yes, it IS a psychic psycho piloting a large mech. BURIKI DAIOH! BOOYAH! For an ancient mech, he sure as hell looks a lot like the robot from Macron 1...), and I am currently playing the rather... bizzare prehistoric chapter. (They're talkin' in Charades! XD!)
Craziness to the nth degree, and "Tributes" to anything that ever existed. o_O Excellent music, though.
On other news... I've been on a rather artistic mode yesterday, producing two new Miato Pokemon (one of them, a grass/dragon ype, is still being drawn as it's rather complex. I hope to finish it by tonight. ^^) Special thanks go to Iveechan for suggesting various amendments and a type on one of them. ^__^
Mmf, dead tired... I think i'll go get some sleep now. ^_^;;

Sleep is good... I wonder, is the time displayed on your LJ for me, your time or mine? (how's that for sentence construction! XD) It says 13:06 here..

Pokemon, eh?
Date: 2003-08-08 04:15 am (UTC)But first, I gotta get AIM downloaded onto this PC... *stares at download*... 77% done. Almost there! >=)
Is the translation on that game pretty good? I've never heard of it before, but if it's a Square SNES RPG and has good music, it may be worth playing.
Re: Pokemon, eh?
Date: 2003-08-08 12:25 pm (UTC)...or at least the first part. *g*
Anyway, the translation is pretty good for the most part. The attack names are somewhat silly sometimes (Flowership, anyone?) and Pogo's one word doesn't really make sense, but it's decent. And as stated its battle system is nifty. Sorta strategy, but very easy to use.
Not to mention the overlying story (after going through the seven main chapters) is neat.
In any case, I think it's worth playing. *shrug* But I think lots of things are worth playing >=D
