In which StellarWind Elsydeon makes a comment re: the US Elections.

Normally, I find myself rather amused by people who are not directly affected by the upcoming presidential elections in the US and yet have so much interest in them and solid political opinions on a country they have no right to vote in anyway.

However, with a creature like Sarah Palin more or less at the helm (in case Sigma McCain gets elected and collapses inexplicably from a difficult case of the Maverick Virus)... I find myself slightly less amused. I'm sure I don't need to elaborate on the reason I call her a 'creature' or think that if something like her gains power, the US is pretty much screwed - and if I do... I leave it to my loyal readers (all two and a half of you) who are vaguely interested and aren't sick and tired of this entire electoral fiasco to Google some of her atrocities.

Anyhow. Me and the ever-awesome baratron were discussing potential ways to SOMEHOW make Palin -remotely- useful and make her suffer greatly while we're at it. She brought up the idea of using her as some kind of an alternative energy source - like feeding her into a nuclear reactor or something like that.

At first, this seems like a rather good idea - her brain seems radioactive enough and it definitely SEEMS to be in a state of decay (what IS Palin's half-life anyway?). However, it all falls apart when you realize that there's a very good chance that she would stop the fusion process by promoting abstinence based nuclear physics. >>

Back to the drawing board. <<;
